Back Office

Accounting, HR, payroll and inventory for the ISP itself. Subscriber revenue, staff salaries and ONU stock on one chart of accounts, so month-end is a report, not a reconciliation.

What you get

The ISP's own books, on the same record.

Most ISPs bill in one system and keep their accounts, staff and stock in others. Back Office removes that gap: what billing collects, payroll spends and the store holds all land on one ledger.

Accounting and general ledger

Subscriber invoices, wallet top-ups and gateway settlements post to the ledger as they happen. Nobody retypes a billing export into the books at month end.

HR for NOC and field staff

Employee records, contracts, leave and attendance for network operations, support and field teams, kept next to the ledger their pay posts into.

Payroll runs

Salary runs with allowances and deductions, approved and posted to the right department automatically, so staff cost sits against the same chart of accounts as revenue.

Inventory for ISP equipment

ONUs, routers, patch cords and fibre stock tracked by store and serial number, with reorder levels and issue to field technicians.

Reports you can trust

Because billing and back office share one data model, a report is a query, not an export and a merge. Drill from a summary figure to the source document.

Permissions per role, audited

Role-based access with a full audit trail on every document and status change. Who changed what, when, and from where.

One chart of accounts

Subscriber revenue and staff costs, side by side.

Back Office is a module of SentraNet, not a separate ERP. It reads the same subscriber, partner and payment records that billing uses, so revenue is never re-entered and month-end is a report.

  • Billing, wallet and gateway entries post to the ledger automatically
  • Partner and reseller commissions reconcile against the same accounts
  • Payroll and stock movements post to the departments that incur them

Your infrastructure

Self-hosted, or run by us.

Back Office deploys with the rest of SentraNet. Run it on your own servers if your data policy requires it, or in the cloud when it does not. It is a deployment choice, not a different product.

  • No feature gating between self-hosted and cloud
  • Standard database backups you can restore yourself
  • CSV export on every list view

Let's talk

Run your ISP on one platform.

We will walk SentraNet through your own network — your plans, your NAS estate, your OLT vendors — so you can judge it on the operation you actually run.
